She’s passionate about what she does. She equates design with problem solving—wants it to change the status quo, to improve people's lives.

She likes a lot of things.

She likes to get up early, while everything is still quiet, hoping to find minutes that didn’t exist the day before. Perhaps it’s because, for most of her life, her dad insisted that she needed to get up before the fish.

She loves that she grew up in a small Wisconsin town, but can’t quite resist the energy of a big city.

She likes the outdoors and exploring the unknown. You can spot her running in the park and traveling across the globe.

She cares about the environment, her food choices and supports
local sustainable agriculture (and sustainable life for that matter).

She can’t live a day without a banana.
